We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us using our contact form on our website or via email at seamossdepot@gmail.com
How to qualify for a return.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and proof of damage.
Unfortunately, our sea moss cannot be restocked due to the spread of Covid-19. No returns/refunds will be excepted on any open or used products for the safety of our customers and staff.

Once returned and inspection is approved, a refund (minus any restocking and shipping fees if applicable) will be processed and issued to you via PayPal or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
CANCELLATION (if applicable)
Cancellation of orders can only be made 6 hours after the order was placed. Beyond that, we will not be able to cancel the order since it has already started production. When it arrives, you may refuse shipment which allows it to "return back sender". Once we receive it, a refund will be generated back to the payment on file. Please note: shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
COUPON CODES (if applicable)
Coupon codes cannot be added after purchase. However, we will be able to honor it on next purchase even if it was expired.
Please note: coupon codes or promotions cannot be combined. You may use whichever is higher.
WRONG ADDRESS
The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as "insufficient" or "wrong address,"
If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
