PAYMENT
We accept Debit Card, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Gift Cards.
PROCESSING:
Our customers can expect their orders to be processed within 3-4 business days of their order being received by us. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are processed the following business day, which may add an additional day to the processing time.
Orders are not shipped on Friday, weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
COVID-19 PROCESSING NOTICE:
Due to the high demands and supply limits, handling times may vary based on supply and demand. If there are any delays, the customer will be notified by email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES:
All products are professionally packaged and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Transit times are determined by the shipping speed selected by the customer during checkout. Transit time is the time it takes for the product to be received after it leaves our facility. This should be added on top of the order processing time.
COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE:
Mail carriers may be experiencing shipping delays. For questions regarding shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly once your order had been processed, and you have received your tracking number.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY:
We offer international shipping on all products except perishable items. Rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars. For rate conversions we recommend using a currency converter. Mayas Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
