Candy Cleanse is a tasty gentle cleanse that promotes weight loss goals with a natural and gentle detox tea. The tea comes in multiple flavors such as the Popular Watermelon, Fruit Punch, Tamarindo, and Unsweetened Tea.

EXCERCISE: It is suggested to have a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise which can include walking or any active activities. The amount of weight you may lose may increase if you have more active activities within the day.
