Nutrition counseling is just a short way to say that I will teach you how to eat and think about food in a balanced, nutritious, and enjoyable way that fits your body. I will also help you put that knowledge into practice in a way that applies to your lifestyle. Working in this manner, you end up adopting lifelong habits that allow you to eat with comfort and ease.
